FAQ’s – New Investap (Android)
We request you to check the below steps, in the order specified below to resolve issues related to new Investap. If your issue is still not resolved, request you to use our website “sbimf.com” to proceed in the meantime. Step-1: Check that InvesTap latest application is installed
- Go to Google Play Store on your mobile
- Search InvesTap Application
- If an update is available, you will be shown an “Update” button on the screen
- Update to the latest version of Investap and try to login
Step-2: Change to different network and try again
- Network connection via WIFI.
- Open the Settings on your mobile phone
- Click on Wi-Fi
- Try to connect to a different Wi-Fi network, if available
- Post connection, request you to retry the login via Investap
- Network connection via SIM Card.
- Open the Settings on your mobile phone
- Tap Mobile Network
- Click on SIM Card Manager
- Switch to the other SIM Card on your phone, if available
- Post change, try to login to Investap
Step -3: Clear the App cache and Data
- Open the Settings App on device
- Click on Apps -> See all apps
- Click on Investap and then further click on Storage
- Click on “Clear Data” and “Clear Cache”
- Retry logging into Investap
Step -4: If on latest version, try to reinstall the application and restart the device
Step-5: Put phone on flight mode and turn back on
- Open the Settings App on device
- Turn on Flight Mode for couple of minutes and then turn back off
- Try to login to InvesTap
Step -6: APN Reset and Restart the Device
- Open the Settings on your phone
- Go to Mobile networks-> Access Point Names
- On the top right corner, click on “More”
- Click on “Reset to Default”
- Try to login to InvesTap
Step -7: Update Device OS
- Open the Settings on your phone
- Click on Software Update
- On the top right corner, click on “More”
- If a new version of the Android Operating System is available, update to the same
- Try to login to InvesTap again
